20 weeks pregnant with my second babe ! for stretch marks prevention i use the coco butter stretch mark lotion during the day and at night i use hatch oil then top it off with summer friday belly moon and didn’t get any stretch marks.

39 weeks today and I use the ancient cosmetics dry skin double butter to moisturize my belly. It’s definitely greasy but it has clean ingredients and most importantly keeps me moisturized all day. And I don’t have any stretch marks ! They say stretch marks are linked to genetics; my mom has them but I haven’t gotten any yet! ❤

sooo excited for all the pregnant content, i was so anxious the whole time i was pregnant & feel like i didn’t enjoy it enough so don’t be like me & just soak it all in & be excited about every little thing!! i thought i was in the clear with stretch marks but then i was about 30 weeks & bam i had them so i think it’s hard to totally avoid, i will say be careful about sun tanning when you’re mega preggo bc it made my stretch marks look worse than they were after birth

One thing about stretch marks is to make sure to keep up with whatever you choose postpartum as well. I wasn’t aware of that but it makes sense because your body is going “back” so your skin still needs the help

Congrats! My baby boy is six months old almost seven months & it’s such an amazing journey!! So I got stretch marks from puberty, but did not get any during my pregnancy so I feel like what I used was super helpful! Ive had 2 babies and didnt get any stretch marks with either one. I did drink a TON of water, so maybe thats a thing. But my biggest tips are to NEVER SCRATCH if your belly is itchy. If you feel the urge to scratch, go put lotion on it. And number 2 is drink lots of water. And take your prenatal vitamins. Thats all i did. People say stretch marks are hereditary, but my mom has tons of stretch marks and I don't even have one. So....idk.

I didn’t get any stretch marks my entire pregnancy but they showed up on my lower belly when I lost all the weight quickly after I had him! I continued to lose weight with breastfeeding and weigh less than I did when I got pregnant so I think that’s why they showed up. It really comes down to genetics but I get your concern because I was upset when they showed up. Don’t sweat it though! They fade and you can hardly see them and I don’t think twice about them anymore ☺️

I have had two baby's and bio oil twice a day helped stop the stretch marks and you can use it after pregnancy as-well.

My OB always told me that unfortunately whether you get stretch marks is dependent on your skin type which is hereditary. No magic potion is going to prevent them if you have the type of skin that's prone to it. I was lucky, my mom didn't get them so I didn't get them and I had big babies which obviously means a big belly. I'm not a big girl either. My first baby was 9 pound and second was 10.

Can’t really prevent stretch marks but the one ingredient that I definitely think has helped me is Hyaluronic acid. I put that on every night and haven’t seen any stretch marks :)
