The whole problem is simply the word "automatic".... We have lawyers who are incompetently saying automatic means wait before the party sends a formal letter.... Automatic means "instantly carried out without permission or authorization" This supreme Court is just behaving as illiterates simple.... The speaker cannot make laws and interpret the same laws. Only the Supreme Court has the authority to interpret laws. While the speaker is not wrong in his application, the Supreme Court has the power to tell him that the interpretation of the Constitution indicates he’s wrong.

Waste of everyone's with your vocabularies. This is three individuals discussion of no substance except beautiful vocabularies just to do about nothing regardless of their professional backgrounds. They all kept saying both Speaker in each parliamentary ruling were wrong without even proving where they were wrong ignoring the basic English language phrases in the constitution that anyone who understands English can interpret the context written in text. But these guys came here just to look cute in vocabularies wasting everyone's tine on what to say about nothing. In summary... you don't need Aban Badgin written ruling statements to understand this badic language. if you read the Article 97 session H and G for yourself and u don't need any court interpretation as it no one cared to go to court in 2020 ruling. Because we were all thinking right at the time until our individual conscience were bought in this nana ado divisive era in Ghana political history under one President who's managed to 419 Ghana's courts as observed in international media views of Ghana's un-judicial filty unanimous court systems.
