"Timothy Shaun Taylor, 37, of McClellanville, S.C. - a man with an extensive criminal record - was apprehended by Myrtle Beach police Wednesday to face charges of attempted kidnapping and first-degree assault and battery, according to Capt. David Knipes.Taylor was arrested Wednesday in the attempted kidnapping of an East Tennessee woman [20 year-old Randa Massey of Greene County] last week along Ocean Boulevard." Edit: I'm not sure if this is his dad or brother but the article describes him as "A man with an EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL RECORD." Well known to law enforcement. Probably the entire family of them which is typically the case. This woman would have been alligator food just like Britnee if she hadn't gotten away. It's tough not to slip, you can rehearse it all you want but you will slip if you're constantly putting yourself out there. This guy may not have been the one who shot her in the end and disposed of her body, but he's guilty in her abduction/rape/selling her out and should be in jail.
