After watching this video it seems that real matter is parking. However its obvious that vehicles will be more for houses where PG are running since PGs accomodate more people. Better limit in society parking to 2-2 vehicles ( 2 four wheelers and 2 two wheelers) per house and call it a day.

Girls own parents will probably not allow this ruckus/behaviour in their own society, and no matter they pay or not they are outsider for society. and society should not allow commercialization of any house/block/flat. i also stayed in pg and hostels so i know most people become uncontrolled and they be like if its not illegal then i will be doing it definitely and no one can stop me as i have back of law. most of the time people become so woke in this type of situation that they prefer going to law overlooking morality of society in this way they can never be a part of society. year ago i stayed at one of my friend's friend, PG was in society of around 7-8 low rise buildings in pg there was most of them was hindi and small no. of gujarati(parents migrated to gujarat thats how they are gujarati) in people there the hindi people didnt had any control on their tounge they stay up mid night being drunk and using different kind of words (this pg was on ground floor and near by science city) the problem here is on top floor residents was a family and some of them having childrens and others are staying with their parents. and also no one wants their society to be randikhana where girls/boys come to enjoy, of course its not illegal but if you think this sentence is not correct then goto your parents ask them should we buy a house in red light area? hope your father will agree and will not have any problem as this is not wrong as per law and one pro will be cheaper rate of house. also girls/boys prefer pg in society with good people and themselves dont want to be a good, if they have problem they can shift easity but they will not as they still think most right place for them is still this society rent/location is still second thing
