Currently Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother are charged only with abatement of su*c*de. Such charges rarely get any conviction. The conviction rate is only 1-2%. So most likely these culprits will become free and they will continue damaging Atul's family and the rest of the world. They deserve to be put in jail for a long time. So please ask Atul Subhash's brother Bikash Modi to immediately file these charges against Nikita Singhania: 1) Extortion using false criminal charges 2) Cruelty by not letting him see his son Also he needs to file a motion to demand Atul's son's custody to be immediately given to Atul Subhash's parents and brother. This is the most important thing for Atul's parents.

Kai cases 20 saal tak husband larta hai. Iske bawajood pati ko nyay nai milta.wo 20 saal kon lauta payega.A husband starts litigating at the age of 30 n today he is 50 years old. Still a court thinks couple can reunite. This is rubbish.

I am also facing similar situation like Atul. My family is collapsed. My dead and mom suffered heart attack, because wife had captured my house, now we are living on the roads and jails. I was sent to jail for 18 days because of false cases and I am working in Google as Software Engineer. Wife lives in Aligarh, UP😢😭

Agar child nahi hai to Alimony 25% of the salary se zyada nahi honi chaahiye aur wo 5 saal se zyada nahi honi chaahiye. Kyunki ladki divorce ke baad shaadi karne waali hai to fir Life time Alimony kyun? Jahaan tak job ki baat hai to wife normally divorce se pehle hi job chhod deti hai. Aur judge ka yahi kehna hota hai ki aaj ki taarikh me uske paas job nahi hai isliye maintenance de do. In a nutshell laws bahot hi galat hai aur agar ye change nahi hote hai to shaahdiyaan nahi hogi. Aur ye China, Japan, USA, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam me situation hai hi.

All proceedings should be under camera servillence, including conversations between both parties. They should never talk to each other except under video surveillance. Data drives are so cheap these days, public/Govt should take advantage of that. At least people should be allowed to record everything at all Govt institutions. Right to record is way moving forward.
