Knowing J.S.O I’m pretty sure he didn’t commit a traffic violation. Most likely he was pulled over for D.W.B. Later they learned he didn’t have license and smelled weed. If you think slapping him is horrible, imagine the things that happen when the body cam is turned off and no one is around. This is normal in Jacksonville.

If this video doesn’t show that cops are cowards, nothing will.. they wrote up the police report minus the excessive force. If you were man enough to strike a man then you should be man enough to write it down on your report. It only shows you that he knew he screwed up. That is the reason why he did not write the use of force down.. if it wasn’t recorded by a bystander, none of this would’ve ever happened, the video would’ve been lost, or just simply never released even with an attorney.. Yet again, you show us why it’s so important to pull that camera out and start recording whenever you see cops detaining someone..
