Very simple to restore peace and normalcy. Give full power to the CM and place all Central security forces including the army under him for our India is a democratic country and CM is a Constitutionally elected post. Impose Article 355 and help him. He is the man on the spot. If the CM is not trusted, place the State under President's rule by invoking Article 356. Pursue the criminals and militants who started the firing to its logical conclusion. Show the power of the State that is Bharat. In the present situation in Manipur, none of the above has been done and instead we are only time-passing, waiting to see a flag with the Star of David in the middle unfurled in India's Far East.
