22 regiment x 3 batteries x 6 launchers x 12 projectile = 4752 total projectiles. Its not enough for 3k+ km border of China. What about our lover Pakistan. Are we equating Chinese as terrorist who wouldn't be able to do hit back on pur systems? Has Europe syndrome is hhosting on minds of Defense thinkers. We need atleast 2 projectile of Pinaka for each Km lenght of Pak & China border. And 144 spare projectile for each launcher to fight 2month war

This discussion needed to be of atleast 40 mins to be of some value. Also the guy in end is saying pinaka wasn't tested before 2010 but all other sources on internet say it was used in kargil war. No clarity provided on that.

I would rather believe Gen. Shankar than internet. What was used in Kargil was Russian MBRL , not Indian Pinaka.
