Due to wrong policy Meitei militancy rejuvinated after 15 years. In the peace process, abrogation of SoO and crackdown to kuki militants and Meitei Militants, NRC, ST status to Meiteis , no seperate administration , stopping of highway looting etc. is essential.

In the event of negotiation Meiteis should stick to 1) declaration of Manipur as tribal state 2) implementation of NRC and deportation of foreigners 3) stopping of highway looting 4) fencing and guarding of international boarder.
