I don't think Zeus would've won, as First Born was destined to defeat Zeus. So that's why Zeus didn't face him, he didn't want the prophecy to come true. Plus I don't think First Born is killable, many as a baby he was, but as a full grown God he was practically invulnerable. Except when fighting Wonder Woman. Diana pierced him in the chest killing Ares in the process. But First Born survived it. After Apollo took Olympus he was stronger because he was the new God of Olympus. And his powers couldn't even kill First Born.
