To me both Scott Free and Orion is interesting and inspiring. Scott can survives the torturous childhood and accept that all of his traumas are for the greater good and can be so forgiving that he didn't grow up to be vengeful, and Orion accepts his lineage and trying to make use of his furious rage that came from his inherited power. The King really hit the points in these two, perfected by the modern works by Tom King and Walt Simonson.

Definitely one of the greatest creations of Jack "the King" Kirby. I love the Fourth World and its end at Final Crisis by Grant "the weirdly amazing" Morrison. And yes, everything about New Gods in New 52 and after was garbage compared to the original New Gods except Darkseid War.

Orion is a beast, every adaptation I see or read this dude in he's usually n the process of or setting up to kick some major butt. There was a episode of Justice League that I refer to where my man was standing in the background, leaning against wall with arms folded looking like he's chilling but at the same time like he's waiting for the go ahead to start fighting the Justice League; he even had to be told to try and handle the situation in a peaceful manor and not in his usual shoot first method. I really enjoy some of the storylines they make involving the character Orion. I can't say it enough, as always like I have come to love, expect and very much so appreciate; fantastic narration, video and content my brother New Sage. I do enjoy reading these old comics. Guys like this even the comics like 1999! And all sorts of These comics with the style of, one person versus all the elements around them. Those old fashioned episodic adventures like jungle Jane and Buck Rogers........... Yeah I have a soft spot for some of those type of just like Orion here. Because if you read the original comics of Orion! It clearly was not about who had what superpower and how they move and fly with this and that and the other!! It was an old fashioned adventure pulp fiction. And it focused on him using his intelligence more than anything else!!!!!!! But I guess nowadays things have changed........ And now it's about him being able to withstand 85 billion nuclear blasts and all this other crap.............. The Orion that I love is long gone................. In the comic books he now wears black and red instead of red tights with blue underwears on top of them. And any live-action performance looks like it's going to be performed by John Cena................... Whom I think just screams intelligence
