Governor Fubara Responds to Court Ruling on Rivers State Budget Controversy

With due respect to the authorities that be in Nigeria, our beloved country.Permit me to suggest as follows as solution to the crisis in Rivers State. 1-Since 27members of Rivers State House of Assembly are allegedly to have defected to APC., the State could not had remained floating.In my lay man's opinion, the remaining members of Assembly acted on the doctrine of necessity. It behoves the INEC to understand this and as a matter of urgency discharge it's duties to elect new people into the Rivers State House of Assembly to replace those that are alleged to have defected to ensure that vacuum is not created in the governance of Rivers State. 2- Could it be suggested that as soon as INEC discharges it's duty of replacing those alleged to have defected, the assembly members acting based on doctrine of necessity can then stop for the Assembly to formally assume its duty. Is this considerable?

What about those six law makers that defected from labour party to PDP and no one raised an eyebrow over their defections and also the only one member of the YPP who also defected and still there in the house.

Please take those you claimed defected from the labour party to PDP to court. Otherwise, you can drive them away from attending assembly until you and anyone take them up to Supreme Court court
