Confused journalist. There are restricted airspace where aeroplanes are not allowed to follow. And remember to differentiate between civil aviation and military defense of airspace. If an aircraft decides to turn off its transponder, it is risking itself. Because in civil aviation, every aircraft is a friend, not foe. The ATC and the aircraft are expected to work together. Such criminal aircraft should be handled by NAF. David needs to be educated.
