@njosborne61524 жыл бұрын
Quijybo Janklebits The question was about a oath to “protect and serve” I couldn’t help notice that you never included that in your retort. Me? Sorry, I’ve been accused by one too many cops, more than willing to, perjure themselves in Court and I no longer trust anyone. One of my best friends was a Minneapolis COP. One day he was drinking and just snapped and started murdering his family. His wife got out the shotgun from the back porch but he continued strangling his 14 year old cousin. And it was all over. 2 COPs broke into our home, of 35 years, when I was away, conducting Family business. My neighbors informed me, later. My wife of 43 years, poisoned in a nursing facility, had just passed away and the furniture the furniture was covered in sheets. There was an overripe banana on the on the kitchen counter. The report they took to a judge said that there were “forts made all over the house” and “there were flies in the kitchen.” They came to my home about 2: in the morning and made no men of their break-in. They drug me into Court and when the judge threw out the case. The City then came in and condemned our home under Summary Justice (Kangaroo court, with no witnesses for defense)‼️ I was suspicions of cancer at the time and am in recovery for the second time and am now awaiting surgery. I lost everything that month. I still have cop friends but I’m always vigilant. Back to the Oath thing. The oath I took many years ago when I was asked to go, was to Protect and Defend the Constitution from all those foreign and domestic. Today, make sure doors are Secure from COPs, not thieves! I’m not worried about petty criminals, I am worried however, 👉🏽 about people that carry guns and who believe they are omnipotent. After watching that 75, same as me, year old guy’s head slammed to the pavement, And the cops outright lies, that followed, it looks as if my suspicions are well founded. Don’t blame the people for dirty COPs. My wife was a high school English teacher, I was a Forester finishing my grad work in Ergonomy at the time. And we had a small business. I’m still paying for our medical bills over 10 years later. Never did finish my Doctoral Thesis on virulent Diseases.

NEPTUNE117 in some states you can go to jail for speeding a certain amount over the speed limit. If an officer in one of those states decides to say you were speeding at that particular threshold, knowing that you didn’t actually meet that speed, they can (1) lie and say you were and (2) arrest you for it. Now don’t get me wrong, Speeding is still Speeding. But that’s not how our laws are set up. If everyone got the same speeding ticket regardless of how much they were speeding by then yeah. But a lot of cops are known to stretch speeding tickets to where the penalties differ greatly than a few mph slower
@curtisbolt58415 жыл бұрын
@Neptune117, that is false, the state of Georgia has a field sobriety test for drugs, and they've arrested people for failing it, that never had any drugs on or in them. Blood test later concurred. Yea I saw a video awhile back in which a dog 'alerted.' Then there must have been allegations that the dog was or could be cued to alert, because the officer attempted to defend this as a legit mode to obtaining 'probable cause' to search. I don't remember exactly how the topic came about- but I'll never forget the officers response; "We can't train them to do that." Okay, so you can train them to single out and alert to the scent of something inside of a vehicle, most likely in a sealed bag or compartment, among dozens of other scents (engine oil, gasoline, asphalt, exhaust, rubber ect.) and then have enough faith in this training, that you'll detain a person and tear their car apart looking for something, solely on this basis. The dogs are so smart that one alert strips away multiple unalienable rights and basically dissolves the fourth amendment. But they CAN'T be trained to alert to a subtle cue from their trainer/handler.. Okay 👌 Gotta love the logic there. Seems to be trending.

Brian Rod Oh, and also look up “Clever Hans” for some background. Early 20th century, a horse that performed arithmetic and various intellectual tasks. It took some doing to demonstrate the horse was responding to very subtle body language cues from the horse’s handler. I can’t recall, not sure if the cues were even deliberate. The drug dogs are responding to cues from the handler. The “coin toss” search will point to a Supreme Court case with the opinion that the barely better than a coin toss stat was good enough. A disgraceful ruling as far as I’m concerned.

From the NPR article, there was pushback from the police dog associations, they resisted any further studies for some time. The next step should have been repitition of the study with video recording to try and tease out the human cues. The investigator could not get any cooperation. At least one organization in the Pacific Northwest, is trying to put the emotion behind them, and trying to find techniques to minimize human influence and "double-blind" test the dogs for certification. I doubt there has been crossover study of the vermin sniffing dogs, or mine sniffing dogs. There is motivation for the drug sniffing dog handlers. All too many juristdictions, the police profit from seizing the property. Hence this video, "Policing for Profit". I doubt you are motivated to have your dogs false alert. You would have to spend time, effort, and supplies, to treat an area that was, in fact, free of vermin. The bomb sniffing dog handlers have no motivation to spend time and effort to "clear" a false-positive hit, where there was no bomb or mine in the first place. The handlers of drug-sniffing dogs most definitely HAVE a motivation for false-positive hits.

As a person who's trained a few dogs, the handlers behaviour DEFINITELY comes into question where the dog sat! That dog is either completely fucking useless (poorly trained) or they DID NOT find mj debris on the floor!! My most recent dog I trained was for myself and she can smell the wife's or my own blood sugar dropping from a completely seperate room in the house and come harass us, dogs are ALL about scent! So for that dog to not hit on that open window, the dog's fucked or there was nothing there!!! Sue the shit out of the bastards especially for vehicle damage!!

I mean... I live in Tennessee, and am a recovering addict. I'm known to local law enforcement because of the bigger fish I ran with for years. I've had dogs brought out on my vehicle, 6 separate times. They never hit on my car. And 2 off those times, the dog should have. Not saying that it doesn't happen. But I mean... 6 times and no hit even when twice, there WERE drugs.

You do realize this dog alerts on that side of the car because of something the driver more unlikely touched that had drugs on it. Wether it be small like on money where you can’t see it or, it could actually be as big as drugs. So before you EVEN start to disrespect the K9, and K9 handler why don’t you go take their classes for hours and learn the training. And when you do attend the trainings and have the 3 years of experience, you let me know fart face.

My son did 10 years in the military.Most of that was spent with Special forces.Going into places that they knew there were people waiting to kill them. We got a few good laughs at the FACT that he never felt he was a hero.He would say, Dad,I knew what the fuck I was getting into. THAT WAS MY JOB!!! Most of the men and women serving feel the same. But cops think they are Special.Reality is that most are people that never had an ounce of control over their own lives so now it's time for REVENGE. The older I get the more I despise all authority.
