Out of which they give meagre amount to some people and they show that help so all fans think their hero always help all. Regarding this case dharshan is the killer and police has strong evidence that's why despite all pressure from politics they arrested him. Dharshan personally beat renukasamy to death from 4.30 pm till 520 pm on that day. He preplanned that renukasamy must be killed and that's why he got 40 lakhs from his friend Mohan Raj and distributed amount.
