I have enabled SIM lock. If my SIM is lost & someone tries to use it it will protect from misusing. But if a fraudster get a new SIM in my name with same number, will it ask for the SIM LOCK PIN for him when he tries to use it? pl clarify. I dont get any details on this on Google, Quora etc.
