He’s so wholesome here, a bit weird, but that’s what makes him wholesome, like that one kid who’s weird but also the sweetest kid you’ll ever meet! He reacts a bit differently in the show, like more aware of what’s going to happen and whatnot, as his reaction reflects that, but still equally wholesome in both versions. Protect this smol bean at all costs.

I mean, he is physically disabled and unable to walk or stand properly without the crutch or any support, and in the broadway they were more brutal, much sadder, here he just seems funny, wholesome and confused, while in the show, he is scared, as he knows what is going to happen to him, although he is still wholesome in the stage musical as he is here, but his reactions and character are a bit different.
