I have repeatedly made a suggestion of "any other" amount to your team. My suggestion is that I am willing to pay Rs.100 per month as I cant afford 300 per month. I dont want anything like paywall content etc. in return for said contribution. Just wish to support. Maybe create an independent category, supporter who get nothing or maybe updates like fanmail etc or 2-3 paidwall articles, be creative. Dare I remind you, that Gandhi ji aimed for Re.1 in 1921 for Congress subscription. Similarly in about 2012, Kejriwal ji went for Rs.10 as AAP subscription. Both movements became big. Sometimes, chota recharge bada dhamaka bhi ho sakta hai. Even Wikipedia accepts as low as Rs.10 for Annual Subscription. Or you can be a Pioneer with Newslaundry - public Funded / Public owned media, sell your Newslaundry shares through some limited sale. Maybe a great option for a day when you actually get listed on NSE/BSE.
