Mubarak Ahmad Nazir: An Exemplary Missionary - MTA International Tribute

Maulana Mubarak Ahmad Nazir Sahib was the son of the first Ahmadi Muslim Missionary to
Sierra Leone, Molvi Nazir Ahmad Sahib. He spent almost 60 years of his life passionately serving
Islam Ahmadiyyat.
First posted in Sierra Leone, he was later assigned to Canada Jama'at where
he went on to serve as the first Principal of Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada and later as Missionary
In-charge Canada.
An outstanding orator, Mubarak Nazir Sahib was also blessed to have
translated several books of the Promised Messiah (as) in English.
Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) gave a beautiful tribute to Maulana Sahib in his Friday Sermon on 18th March 2022.

When Mubarak Nazir sahib delivered lectures to 100s of non-Ahmadi students at York University between 2014 - 2018, I would feel goosebumps down my spine hearing his words pierce my heart. He had a way of encouraging and evoking introspection not just to Muslims alone but even agnostics and atheists listening to him. After every lecture, there were groups of students who would stay behind after the event ended just to speak to him further and many took pictures with him. I am not sure what they discussed as I watched from afar nonetheless it was Mubarak Nazir sahib who left an imprint and impression on those curious young adults. I am glad I had got to witness and sit in the presence of this beautiful soul. Even in his final years, entering his late 80s, he would stand before young students while we all sat, and despite his troubled breathing that you could hear in between his pauses and silence, his impact never declined. As per Huzoor's advice, may we all walk-the-walk while we talk-the-talk and carry on the work of beloved Mubarak Nazir sahib.

What a great short documentary in memory of a true & humble servant of Khilafat-e-Ahmadiyya. #mtanews👍thankyou!, but there are lots and lots of Indian and Pakistani people who doesn't speak or understand English properly,(i personally know many of them who wanted to see and understand but language is the barrier) A humble request to please add atleast Urdu/Hindi captions for such Faith inspiring programs it would be very helpful in long run جزاکمﷲ
