Can you please post the article or video where Putin said he would use Nuclear weapons first..What I heard him say that in defense of his country if it would be attacked with nuclear warfare he would defend his country with the same tactics..The U.S. keeps pushing and supplying weapons of war to the Ukraine instead of talking peace..If kennedy didnt have direct talks and letter exchanges with Kruchev during the Cuban missile crisis and only talked about arming and bombing the outcome may have been very different..Talk PEACE NOT WAR.
