I need his lawyer cause that’s how I felt about the death of my brother Terrance Lamarr Frazier who was found on his front porch dead and buttnaked and bleeding from his mouth and the detective on the case told me he died of a heart attack travel to Montgomery Alabama it was a whole crime scene and now I asked for my brother autopsy I was sent a letter from their lawyer saying I’m not a citizen of Montgomery Alabama I m a citizen of United States and my brother was all I had on July 6 my family and I travel to Montgomery Alabama to view/identify my brother body I was told I couldn’t see him so I travel to the house where my brother and his babymother was staying it was blood all on the front porch on the banister and a witness came over to talked to me and said it was blood all over the house in every room beside the kids room and the kids was also taking and the babymother had blood all over her shirt and claim she was trying to give my brother cpr by sticking her finger down in his throat when I heard that I knew it was something suspicious also the baby mother is Caucasian if that was my brother still alive and had blood on his shirt they would have been locked him up but instead they let her continue to stay in that house and clean up all the blood up

@@kar-el7414 That is weird, because under Alabama law, which they call the 15-5-30 law, you must provide ID if asked to identify yourself. This is Alabama, so this was a justifiable arrest. Several states have these laws about showing ID, and even in states that do not have these as state laws, several cities and counties within those states have local laws that require people to show an ID. The problem is people watch those goofs that harass the police, and they thin it is a right to not show ID, but it is not. There is not one thing in the constitution about a right to not identify yourself. The only rights we have are in the constitution, so when you find something in there about your right to not show ID, let us know, we will wait.

If you follow the original story, she only saw a man from her house across the street. After police arrived, she came out and recognized that it was her neighbor, and she apologized. The police pressed this. There was no crime taking place. Watering plants is not a crime. Therefore, there was no need for him to identify himself. The question is: How would police have treated a white man of the same age doing the same thing? Would they have pushed for identification and then handcuffed and arrested him? We'll soon find out.

The pastor exercising his constitutional rights cannot be used as a charge for obstructing nor an arrest. As for the discrimination, I do not see that. This alleged pastor escalated it all so he could sue and try for the black lottery. From second ONE he was rude, mouthy and would not provide ID. He said his son had a run in with the law. He escalated this daring for them to arrest him. The police were kind and professional. When stopped for an investigation in Alabama, you DO have to provide ID. He felt, being black he did not have to do so. Once a judge sees this video, I'm sure he'll dismiss the entire lawsuit. Watch it and LISTEN. He provoked it all then started throwing in his RACE and racial profiling. HOW could the police racially profile him when they had no idea what color he was when they pulled up to investigate? This pastor owes the police department and the community an apology. But no, now his harrative is that he's a "victim getting arrested for watering flowers"> That is a LIE by the media. He was arrested for failing to provide ID and other charges which were dropped. The entire thing lasted 15 minutes. What does he want in court? $10 million ? ASK yourself what kind of a "pastor" would treat his fellow man like that even if they were police. "You do what you gotta do" He kept saying "Racially profiling". Those officers were very professional. He could literally get both officers in trouble because of his bitter hatred for white police. It's disgusting. How can his rights be violated when he failed to obey Alabama law? I truly hope the judge dismisses his case when he sees and hears the video. Those officers were taken aback when he started with his rhetorical racial tirade. It's sad that someone would play the race card when police were actually doing their job.
