Я думаю это это ракета булава усовершенствованая которая на подводных лодках стоит, там боеголовок меньше. Здесь же усовершестврвали 3 блок атакующий добавили боеголовки и сделали наземную пусковую учюстановку. 6 блоков по 6 суб блоков в каждом и того 36 шт на видео видно же.
