Right. That's what I have been seeing for a while now.
@deang56223 күн бұрын
@@trevordickson8617No. A spokesman is told what to say. It is approved by the organisation. This is not the case for Elizondo. He hasn't been told what to say. It isn't approved by the DoD. He's constrained in what he can say because of the NDA. This is very different to a spokesman. His book has been through a DOPSA review, and I think this point was covered in an earlier video by Coulthart, a DOPSA review is NOT approval of the book. They have NOT authored the content. The book is NOT a joint venture between Elizondo and the DoD. The purpose of the DOPSA review is to verify that nothing in the book is classified. Its sole purpose is to ensure that their secrets remain secret. The DoD may very well object to him publishing the book, but they can't stop him, all they can do is demand the removal of anything that is classified. That is not the same as a spokesman.

@deang56223 күн бұрын
@anthonyjohnston7387 That comes down to the specific laws in your country and whether there are defences against disclosure of classified information are permitted. In my country, there was a public interest defence under our secrecy laws. So if an individual disclosed classified information to people that should not be given it, they could argue in court that it was in the public interest to disclose it. However, a couple of court cases occured which caused embarrassment to the government and the secrecy laws were changed so there is no public interest defence possible now. Disclose classified information to people that shouldn't know, you are guilty of an offence and no defence can be accepted by the court.

Understand, being able to keep secrets is a reputational value in itself - that commands a higher income. In other words, it's like having a skill or degree. If they revealed, say, irrefutable evidence of NHI CRAFT and BODIES, at best, they avoid prison and fines, sign a book deal and make talk show circuits or speaking engagements for a year or so. Then what? They will never be hired for any job requiring trust of sensitive or proprietary information. Car sales jobs probably require signing NDAs, so their options become vastly narrower.

Thanks so much for a realistic recap of the hearing. Those of us that are into the topic should not be discouraged but encouraged that this is the second hearing in congress. To expect full disclosure in this setting is not realistic nor should it be expected. I think most of the congress people did a great job, a few did not hear the previous content as they were late to the hearing and some should have studied more. The panel was great, I think the Admiral has a lot of good things to say, Lue said what he could, but finally got to testify before congress, michael provided us with immaculate constellation so I think he did what he could to elevate the story. I’m not sure what the nasa guy added other than a few plugs for nasa, I may disagree with you on NASA, in my mind nasa has proved they ARE NOT the organization to manage this effort. Overall I think the hearing is a positive move in the right direction. I think many in congress are frustrated but they are trying to go up against a pretty significant “brick wall” on this topic. Next steps I feel should be more hearings, more whistleblowers and we should subpoena Lockheed Martin at the least…thanks for your recap which was spot on my opinion… One question for you I was unclear on was what lue said regarding this topic and information at the executive level as opposed to the DOD etc.? Were you aware of this and can you expound on it?

Back when debunkers were trying to discredit Lue, Senator Harry Reid and Chris Mellon backed Lue up because they helped start AATIP, which Lue was head of. Read Lue's book, it's cheap, you'll be surprised the names mentioned like General Milley, General McMasters and a host of others. I researched this phenomenon for 7 years now, was skeptical, then got the shit scared out of me, settled down realizing they,( our friends from out of town) as Lue states has been coming here for perhaps thousands of years. Then got scared again realizing the "friends" are on an agenda, and we/ earth can't do a damn thing about it, much the same as you taking your pet to the vet, your pet has no say in the matter. We may think we are in control, but only in our daily lives. Read the book!

In the early 90s I was 7 or 8 I was Playing with 15 other kids. We all were playing hide and seek and I remember we were about to start a new game and 2 kids come running from the back alley and they are yelling “ look look look” as they are pointing up. We look up and there it was a round very big and I mean big saucer coming over the apartment building. All of us started oohing and awing. Then all that amazement turned into fear as it was about 15 stories above us and it was making a crazy humming sound kind of like an electrical sound, it was like a pulsating electric feeling all threw our body. We all literally started crying at the same time and it wasn’t normal crying , that cry like if we were being killed. We all ran home terrified for what we just saw. This thing was so low and really big , the city lights lit the thing up, u can see everything. We can see the windows and in the windows there were little people waving at us. I swear I ain’t making this up there was a lot of people who saw it. Then the next day we all gathered around the spot we saw this and I swear I ain’t making this sh!t up. So we were sitting there talking about what we saw and this guy walks up and ask if we saw weird stuff last night. We told him everything he wrote it down and then when we were done he tells us not to worry about it because what we saw was a weather balloon, I shit u not. Oh did I mention the guy was dressed in a black suit. I thought he was FBI because this happened before the movie men in black came out, this sighting was way bigger than the Arizona sighting and I don’t understand why the story didn’t blow up. This happened either in92 or 93 in Orange County California.

Ross saying you're slightly disappointed by the lack of revelations is slightly disingenuous. You claim yourself to have hard, undisputed evidence, ie a large buried ufo, over which a building has been constructed. Yet as a supposed truth seeker, you say you cannot disclose this irrefutable proof. Saying that Elizondo, et al. are tethered by their security oaths as a reasonable argument for him being guarded . However, you as a civilian journalist are not similarly constrained, and I empathize with your respect of confidentiality of your sources. I do feel that if this story is true, surely more than any one individual has knowledge of it and yes it may reduce the group size of identifiable sources, but truly fail to see why it can't be revealed. I know its a moot point, and not going to happen, but if government agencies continue to obstruct disclosure, you Sir and likely others have the power to obtain the very goal you claim to be attempting to reach. My sixpence worth. No disrespect intended.

@@theoldbk5419very true and I’ve said the same thing many times. Ross says he’s constrained by the confidentiality of his sources however, at this late stage of his career and considering the national importance of the issue, he could choose to disclose and be a saviour to humanity. Surely that would be more important than his “career.” He would probably have an even greater career were he to do that. I’m tired of all these people wanting and expecting “others” to disclose. Ross keeps saying he has to safeguard his sources. No actually, he doesn’t. He doesn’t work for the government. End of story.
@Will-t2h1u3 күн бұрын
There is a very simple answer. He's lying! plain and simple. People don't want to believe they are being duped...but they are! - It's all about clout and dollars for ALL these people from Nolan to Grusch to Elizando and the rest. All this NDA's and not wanting to leak sources is their get out clause. Just enough to keep people interested longer, never enough to prove anything.
@jrrbolkin3 күн бұрын
@Will-t2h1u or maybe he's being mislead? I have a high respect for this guy, but he isn't the first person to be fed spurious claims when researching ufos etc. Maybe it's a deflection by counter intelligence, so if/when it comes out in respect of a location, and potentially if no such "craft" is there, then it is easy to mock believers. Then trot out the , "nothing to see" stories. A precedence would be Richard Doty, in the Paul Bennewitz case. So it happens and likely a lot of the wild tales are examples.

Thanks for posting this while you're out-of-country. I agree that, while somewhat underwhelming, this hearing was important. I believe we are seeing soft/slow disclosure from the U.S. Government. These slow, but important, steps help solidify at least part of the truth behind the phenomenoa. It's interesting that so many people are waiting for confirmation from the same government that has been hiding the reality of this topic for decades. While I'm interested in hearing what they have to say, I'm not relying solely on the USG to tell me what's really going on. I think there is much more to be learned from the private ventures that now have access to better scientific equipment to reveal the truth. As for those who constantly insult Grusch, Elizondo and similar witnesses - it's just infuriating. These people have obviously done little research into the trials and tribulations experienced by those who are speaking out. Grusch and his family have been threatened. Elizondo lost his house. Now people insult them for writing a book or giving a lecture to try to make ends meet? Neither is living in a mansion on Martha's Vineyard. Yet, in one way or another, they're still out there, trying to guide the public to this new reality - all without violating their oaths and/or NDAs. Far too many people fail to grasp the seriousness of that. Keep up the great journalism! I'm looking forward to your upcoming projects and reports!

Question: Why can’t Lue talk about military programs when the military exists to fight wars. Who has the sole power to declare war? Congress! So, while I understand he can’t openly say it infront of our foes, it’s definitely the right of the people who declare war to know what tools they have at their disposal. Knowing what you have and what you don’t have helps you make an informed decision. It’s hard to make plans when you don’t have all the information. So, while he shouldn’t speak of it to regular folks, the information he has is related to our self defense. These people kinda need to know that sort of thing. It’s like talking to a chef that cooks war but doesn’t know what ingredients they have or if they’re fresh and where it comes from. To not read in some Presidents or Congress seems nuts. To still have to keep quiet because your military thinks of itself higher than everyone else when the military answers to congress is absurd. Having a non disclosure agreement that you cannot break to Congress seems silly and arrogant doesn’t it?
