Rice v. Connolly (1966) is an English legal precedent holding that there is no strict, general legal duty to assist a police officer prior to any possible arrest or caution, with even basic police enquiries nor to accompany the officer to a requested location. This was also confirmed in the case of Neale v DPP )2021)

Assault? Isn’t it only assault if it’s an auditor against someone else. When it’s against an auditor it’s called reasonable force. One law for them and another for us.
