Excuse me, before I got laid off, almost HALF of my pay check went to paying taxes. On top of that, we pay a shit load on property taxes, $7 every time you cross a bridge, almost 10% sales taxes every time we buy something, plus gas taxes, -- where have our money gone to? Are we going to get an audit started finally? We have been paying heavy taxes all this time yet they keep saying there’s no budget for education (our property tax cover that), infrastructure, homelessness. I paid into my unemployment every pay check yet I’m allowed only 6 months of the money that I paid into while I look for a job. Yet Congress approves again and again BILLIONS to endless wars that kills n generate atrocious sufferings all over “for democracy, for their women’s rights” 🤮🤮🤮. Who’s dumb enough to believe that BS - like our govt give a shit about other ppl’s freedom n democracy?
