Pak students group to have visited India before Covid ,they came by road through Wagaha . They went to IIT Kharagpur, experienced similar programme. It was sponsored by a Private institution.

In almost all Major University and institute these types of program are run by organization from University or NGOs.. While I was doing my Bcom in Khalsa College, Amritsar group of student from Japan visited the university and stayed their for 1 week...

Here in almost most of the universities they have a program called an "exchange program" where some top scoring student in each universities get an opportunity to go universities in abroad and students from that university comes to INDIA for specific semesters to learn new things.

If you are worried about Indians getting converted you should stop the millions of Indian students going to 'christian' countries to learn.

In India almost every top universities have exchange program under which we go to foreign universities, and students from foreign universities comes to our campus. It's quite normal thing.

India me jo thodi dhang ki Higher Educational and Research institutions ka, world (specially Western Universities) me baaki achhe universities ke saath bahut saara collaborations hota hai. Jisme Student exchange programs bhi hote hai. Bahut saaare students aise hai jo, 4 year ka course me suppose 3 year yaha kiya. 1 year kisi dusre country ke univiersities me kiya. Ya fir sirf research project US universities ke proffesor ke under karte hai, baai study yaha par. Aur same usi tarha Foreign universities ke student bhi yaha aa jaate hai 6month ya 1 year yaha course karne. Note: Ye mai achhe universities ka hi baat kar raha hi. Ekdum 3rd class college me ye sabnahi hota hai. Aapne aise student ka vlogs bhi deka hai jo IITs me aate hai for 6-12months.

This kind of programs happens in almost all known colleges even in district places. I have been part of programs. Many indian universities have tie up with foreign universitys which do these. we call these sister universities. for example christ university is sister of oxford and so on
