Just see the under water train in Hooghly River at Calcutta which flows through Bangladesh eventually flows to the Bay of Bengal. India made an underwater tunnel without disrupting and damaging the ecosystem. Even after the underwater train has started, Bangladesh has never complaint that had affected their ecosystem.
