Maybe don't download tiktok or snapchat because you agreed to the user terms

There's nothing in the user terms of Instagram that says minors agree to being digitally undressed and have those fake photos sent around, though. Because it would be illegal. Companies can't put stuff in their user terms that magically make fake chill prom legal. They can technically put it in there, doesn't make it legal though.
