Sir, I need to know one thing...You said that whenever there's unequal gap in X we use Lagrange interpolation, but here you told the same..so, when should we use lagrange and when should we use Newton Divided ? Please clarify.

You have mistaken in the formula We have to calculate f(x). How can you give it in the formula ? Students correct this formula y= f(x)+(x-x0)[x0,x1]+..... That would be... y= f(x0) + (x-x0)[x0,x1]+.....
