I spent two decades of my life in Yonkers. North West Yonkers on the Hudson River with Manhattan views.

Wow! Haven’t lived in Yonkers since 1973 when I was still a kid and remember all the landmarks and certain streets like it was yesterday. Yonkers hasn’t changed much at all building wise. Except Library gone. Cool that you drove by Radford and Randolph Streets, my family lived there. Went to many funerals at St. Mary’s. Cool to see Philipse Manor. I lived up on Nodine Hill. Should see if you have a video of that area…Van Cortlandt Park Ave specifically.

@@NYBestDJ Thanks! Nepperhan Ave, had a lot of family that lived around there too, St. Casmir’s Church, many family weddings there. Left Yonkers in 1973 and moved to Brewster, NY. Was cool to see you had a video of Brewster as well as Danbury, CT! It’s amazing how it still looks the same after so many years.

Never been to New York, but Yonkers looks as if it's the grandfather of the 5 Burroughs

I’m from Yonkers. It’s just turning into a urban decay (which will turn an upscale metropolitan) Shops opening and mostly closing. Homeless people and people migrating from the NYC boroughs and criminal illegals turning Yonkers to the cesspool that is today!
