It’s amazing how a place can be so rich and so poor at the same time. I remember visiting Philly back in 2014; it’s decayed a lot since then. Very sad to see what it has become. In essence, it’s still a beautiful city, though, but it needs so much healing.

The general Kensington area and zip code. Any time of day and any day of the year; on doesn’t have to go far in Kensington to witness a felony in progress. So little in the way of actual patrols, almost zero for prosecution, and this is the end result. A criminal could commit a felony there, and somehow get caught (which is about as rare as a Unicorn), then be released on zero bond, back on the streets the same day or the next day.

What an annoyingly distorted and inaccurate picture of Philly you have painted with this video!!! It would be like you taking a tour of LA and never leaving Skid Row!!! Shame on you for such deception! Here is a different route you can take next time with your camera: start at City Hall, drive south on Broad St to Walnut St., then go west to Rittenhouse Square, driving around the Square to 19th St. and then take 19th to South St. Then go west on South across the river to University City. Continue on Spruce St till about 40th St., then head back on Chestnut St across the river to Center City. Take 22nd street north to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway - take the Parkway, driving around the art museum and then head out on Kelly drive along the Schuylkill to Lincoln drive. Take Lincoln drive to Wissahickon Ave., and take Wissahickon Ave to Allen's Lane and Allen's Lane to Germantown Pike. Germantown Pike northwest through the center of Chestnut Hill. Totally different and better view of Philly than this horrible video!!! I dare you to follow my advice!!!

@@JAYLOVE47 I think many KZbinrs are attracted to Philly mainly because of the Kensington area. There is no city in the USA with an open air drug market like it. I personally like Philly since it is rich in history and my first couple videos focused on the history of Philly and the nice areas.

Yes Philly is a very interesting City. Some of the best areas in the country while some of the worst areas in the country. Definitely a lot of history with it being a birthplace of America which is also why it probably attracts a lot of attention more than other cities that are doing bad because of how iconic and important it is. I do wish people shed more light on all the positives because it has a lot of great things going for itself as well and some people who don't live on the East Coast or near Philly think it's all bad
