'Clash of expectations between ANC and DA on GNU'

Leadership and government expert Professor Mazwe Majola says it appears as though there's a clash of expectations between ANC and DA on the GNU arrangement. Majola says the DA expected that the GNU arrangements would extend beyond their national coalition. Professor Majola elaborates on this view.

in Gauteng it will never be easy to work as a mayor from any party. The ANC work in the shadows to make it difficult, as this metro is their cash cow. That is why they ran out of money, when others are in charge. This mayor will be dictated to, then see what Herman says, she held the position to talk out against Cilliers if it was that bad and she had the power to make changes.
