They need a Mayor who will look after the city and a person who looks after the townships and informal settlements , you cant just focus on the townships and informal settlements and neglect the cities that's where most these mayors fail dismally... The money comes from the cities and people pay alot of tax to ensure these cities stay relevant , government needs a separate strategy towards improving business and township economies . Sustain the city , maintain it and have someone else oversee the township/informal settlements ,As a Mayor you'll manage our key cities as simple as that , Danko!!
