Legal practitioners barred from practicing due to financial misconduct

In the past three years, close to 200 legal practitioners have been struck off the roll and barred from practicing due to financial misconduct, some of which are linked to Road Accident Fund claims. Gauteng Provincial Director at the Legal Practice Council, Ignatius Briel has more.
