In my view, the JP will lose this case whether he's found guilty of sexual harassment or not. The power dynamics between himself and the complainant makes it difficult for him to have a relationship with her, as it can be considered a quod pro quo relationship. The fact that he also didn't declared this relationship, will also count against him. So they can still find him guilty of gross misconduct, or misconduct at least.

Remember judges are regarded as high profile society members, hence they are also not allowed to own any business or be in control of any business, or to do remunerative work outside of being a judge. But it's very complicated, that's just my view
