UPDATE REGARDING #3: The censored hospital video has been determined to be unrelated to this crash. It comes from another (equally as disturbing) car accident involving a woman running her car into a metal grate. The surgery in that video ended up being successful and she's doing fine. Jose, since this video released, has since removed the uncensored version of the video from his post (probably because of this) and I don't have a link to it. As it turns out, the crash driver shown in this upload had ended up losing his legs in the accident, but is doing okay. Update on him here: www.iol.co.za/capetimes/news/bmw-street-racing-crash-driver-smiles-again-after-losing-legs-19066892 If you'd like to check out Jose's post, sans video, here it is: tinyurl.com/y4dpkusp

As someone who is a lifeguard, when someone is drowning- they use your body as a floatation device. The only way to react is to swim lower which the drowning victim won’t follow since they are afraid of the water. Then, you swim back up and give them an object to hold onto that floats. It doesn’t matter how good of a swimmer you are, if someone is drowning they will put all their physical weight on you and drown you in an attempt to stay alive. It’s clear the husband couldn’t swim and drowned his wife while trying to get himself to safety. It’s unfortunately common.

For anyone watching this video in 2023, Brandon Lawson’s remains have been found very close to his last known location near where they found his abandoned truck. What’s crazy is that in days following his disappearance, the sheriff department conducted a search of the area but came up empty. His girlfriend stated that the argument they had was due to the fact that he had a relapse and had begun using methamphetamine again after being clean for 6 months. In my opinion the sheriffs office clearly didn’t search too thoroughly because to them he was just a junkie criminal who didn’t matter. His family and friends spent 9 years wondering what happened to him and they deserved better than this.

PSA for anyone who wants a pet monkey: Don't do it. It's virtually impossible to guarantee that they come from reputable sources. Many are stolen from their mothers and trafficked under traumatic conditions, which leads to them developing behavioural issues later on. They also require very high levels of social interaction and mental stimulation, which can make them clingy and restless, and they often develop destructive habits when they become bored or lonely. Monkeys can be extremely vicious - imagine a savage dog, that can climb and has hands as strong as your own. It's better for everyone, you and the monkey, to leave them where they belong, in the wild, in large family groups.
@davidstuckey92893 жыл бұрын
Agreed. You want to hear how awful dealing with monkeys can be, check out the "Superdickery" archive, subsection "Everything's Better With Monkeys" The editor there used to deal with primates in his work, and he quickly dissuades people from ever doing so. The monkey story just unearthed a long buried memory in me. I had a religion teacher in high school (I went to a Catholic school) and I overheard her talking to the principal about how ... passionately she hated apes. It was shocking af seeing the principal (who is a priest!) nodding in agreement about the joy of watching most gruesome things she saw being done with them on the internet!! I stayed silent about it of course. But I think it was something about evolution Vs creationism, that made her hate them so much. Because she had some comments during one class about how chimpanzees "our supposed brothers" are the ugliest things imaginable, and she would have them all shot. About the "Shoreline Tragedy " I was living in Sana'a at the time this video made public rounds in Yemen. This public water reserve is surrounded by signs warning people not to swim in or enter the water. They were not slipping in the water. They were being pulled in and under toward the center of the water where a public water drainage system pulls the water in. In the original video you can hear the sound of the machine turn on. Later their bodies were both discovered. Very tragic true story.

I don't completely understand that one. It seems like the guy moved too far into the water and it dropped off? Does that mean then that he wasn't able to swim and, in his panic, dragged his wife down with him? Why would you go into a body of water like that if you were unable to swim at all on your own? I guess they thought it would be OK because he could just stay where he could stand. It's a really tragic situation, but hopefully it serves a lesson to people. It's best not to go into bodies of water like this without being at least knowing how to tread water. And if you feel like you're going to slip underwater, it's really difficult to stay calm, but that's your only chance. Stay calm and call out to someone nearby so that they can grab you and pull you to them.

Skinwalkers are actually a native American myth. They are said to look like rotting dear/animals (mainly dear) that walk on it's hind legs. That turn into different animals and can mimic any sound they hear. I've also heard from my uncle that they are probably as intelligent as us when it comes to primal hunting and baiting.
@atrocious_pr0xy5 жыл бұрын
@@zcytheshock5012 ..they have been known to take on human form and can be shot with no harm done to them.
@ava74965 жыл бұрын
@atrocious That's a lie. Since skinwalkers still come back in human form. They still do get hurt. I'm from the navajo reservation and there are people who come into the hospital with gunshot wounds. The police, nurses, and doctors there know about skinwalkers so they hardly question gunshot victims. If you see a skinwalker, they die 4 days after you've seen them. Because they are not allowed to be seen, only heard.
@ava74965 жыл бұрын
@sage Skye. Deer isn't common. It's most coyotes they take form. They carry different whistles with them so that's why they can mimic sounds good. If you hear a whistle at night, get the hell out of there and go home. And a majority of skinwalkers do have to have hunting skills, but they're not the most intelligent things. They just need to know how to turn into skinwalkers.

I can see others have pointed it out, but that “woman screaming” is 100% a fox. I lived in Wayne National Forest in Ohio and heard them all of the time. Even knowing what it was, sitting on my deck in such a remote area in the pitch black it still freaked me out.

I saw related photo's of the individual involved in this wreck, he incurred massive trauma to his face and mandible from a piece of metal that went through the side of his face, through his mouth and out the other side at some what of an upward angle. Needless to say, the sizable piece of metal (photo was taken at the hospital pre removal of object) caused grotesque damage to the bone structure around the left cheek and eye orbital area of his face. I don't know if he survived or later died of his injuries, but I remember thinking looking at his injury and wondering to what degree plastic surgery by even the best surgeon could reconstruct his face enough that he would ever look relatively normal again. As they say, do stupid s--t, win stupid prizes.

Nope, they're pedophiles who are using baby monkeys as substitute for their sadistic pedophillic urges. Many years ago whan 4chan /b/ was infected with pedos and their pedo discussions and even the occasional CP threads (though thankfully those would usually get shut down pretty quickly) you couldn't go on /b/ without accidentally stumbling upon their "pedo talk" threads which would usually be disguised as something else. Anyway they used to have those "pedo talk" threads where they would throw around ideas on which material they could use as legas CP substitute. I stumbled upon one of their threads and there were a bunch pedos who referred to themselves as "hurtcore lovers" (basically sadistic pedophiles) who has a discussion on how to find "hurtcore" infant and toddler CP substitutes, and the ideas they came up with were searching pediatric medical journals for certain keywords and using baby monkeys -specifically videos of them being abused or attacked - as substitute for their depraved fantasies.

Did they not panic, it sadly wouldn't have likely changed anything. They've explained that the muddy water is like "quicksand." It pulls you in. Seventeen other people have died there too. All of their bodies are still down there.
@randomness64985 жыл бұрын
It is a mystery. It might be that the mud sticked on their bodies since they spent quite the time on the water, so they were too heavy to float, but then again i think panicking and pulling each other under water wasnt a good idea.

The drowning one is by far the most disturbing one to me. They were both happy. Smiling. Trying to take a cute photo, to be happy. Make a nice memory. And then he slipped. All his sense goes out the window, and only one thing takes over: the fight to survive. As another comment mentioned, a drowning victim will attempt to use anything or anyone to try and stay afloat. And unfortunately, he used his wife, putting all his weight and power into shoving her down to try and stay afloat and above the surface. For the husband, it’s scary enough. All he can think about is how terrifying this is, how he has to stay afloat, he’ll drown, he needs to survive. But for the wife? It’s far far worse. She watches her husband slip. And all of a sudden, she’s being shoved under the water repeatedly, as he attempts to use her to survive. I can only imagine what is going through her mind. Her husband, the man she loves most of all, is using her to try and survive. Not even touching how much of a horrifying reality this is, she is being overpowered and repeatedly shoved underwater, I imagine her cries and screams are ignored as he keeps fighting for survival. If you look, she actually makes it back to the ledge, but he pulls her back in as he attempts to save himself. He died in panic, but her? She drowned a long, painful death, at the hands of the man she loves most. Fucking hell that is horrifying. Edit: added a very grim detail.
