This is not meant to be criticism, (well actually it's constructive criticism) but it's not actually Soft Body Physics. This is Rigid Body Physics running with the PhysX plugin. The difference is that the Rigid Body Physics running with PhysX makes the car get destroyed into little pieces, and Soft Body Physics is when two things collide, one gets a dent or is misshapen in another way, instead of completely getting destroyed.

Lots of fun! It seems like that car that hit scoots at the end was like the one that hit it at the beginning. Idea for a game: the game makes you think you have free will and are running things but then you go back in time and see it from another perspective and you end up doing what the other characters were doing before. I know, I'm not explaining it well enough.

There is a soft-body car game called BeamNG, Also Space engineers is epic. IDEA!: Node. Play space engineers. You each can play it LAN Multiplayer so a challenge is in place. You each have 20-30 minutes to make a ship. Hide somewhere nearby and then go all out war. Last man flying in zero gravity wins!

Actually The Next Car Game (The real Flatout 3) doesn't use soft body physics, it has its own physics engine. Or atleast it acts quite differently from BeamNG Drive, if you ask me.

"soft-body" is a technical term. Soft-body just means it simulates deformable objects (vs rigid-body physics which does not). This is literally "soft body physics".

I got no problem with how you guys play DayZ. So far, EVERY time I play and DON'T shoot people on sight, I end up dead and full of 5.56 sized holes. It's what makes the game hard (because the environment & zombies arn't hard to deal with).
