The new Monte Carlo is beautiful. Every model shown is awesome. Unfortunately, at a starting price of $55,000 put’s this car out of the reach of over 80%+ of the buying public. I earn 85,000 a year and my max buying power is roughly $45,000. Maybe if they come up with a very strong lease, than maybe.

YEAH. WE HAD 2 ALSO. A 1977 ORANGE AND A 74 BLUE. THE ORANGE ONE WAS VERY POWERFUL. WE ALSO HAD A 1975 CUTLASS WHICH THE CUTLASS AND THE 77 MONTE CARLO WOULD GO AT IT RACING. I COULDNT REALLY SAY WHICH ONE HAD MORE POWER BUT I WISH WE STILL HAD THEM. WE ALSO HAD A 77 MALIBU WAGON. I WAS A LIL KID AND LOVED GOING WAY IN THE BACK IN THE 3RD ROW SEAT

I think this is BS. They have/had a great car in the Camaro. Instead now people want to scavenge the Camaro, change some of the fascia and call it a new muscle car. This is just flat out stupid. Instead, give us a 7th generation Camaro SS. Hell, My Camaro 2SS has a 6.2liter engine making close to 500hp and has a 10 speed transmission that is the best transmission I have ever had in ANY car I’ve ever owned and I had a 3rd gen, 5th gen, and 2 6th gen Camaros. The 3rd gen was an Iroc-Z, the 5th and the 2 6th gens have all been 2SS’s. Anyway, my point is this is just talk of scavenging a great car that they already know how to build putting a little bit of a different skin on it and calling it a Monte Carlo SS. Just give us a 7th gen Camaro SS and this time, ADVERTISE THE DAMNED CAR !!! The only time they even barely advertised Camaro and all it was about was after it was announced that they were ending Camaro 6th gen and even then they didn’t show and tell what the car was all about. I LOVE my Camaro SS’s. They are truly GREAT cars. It’s too bad that GM didn’t show them off more. I’m gonna keep praying that GM gets over their stupid and gives us a 7th gen of a great muscle car…the Camaro !!

The only Monte Carlo que I see is the very front ridge on the hood. I hate that .much tech. It looks like AI took every Chevy from the 60s and early 70s, put them in a blender, and wala! Not enough Monte Carlo. Too much Camaro, Nova, Chevelle, Impala, Firebird. AI has no "feel" for what Monte Carlo was. 71, 75, 77, 79, 80. I've seen a few. That isn't it.

Your showing so many different fronts and backs who knows, montes should have a square type grill and we see some. Then there's one that Dips down and looks like a chevelle. Another looks big like a new camero, way to big. Ugly. Multiple taillights from round to squares, doubles to triples, can't say I like any of them. Showed some interiors that look good as the 1982 to 1988 versions were cheap plastic junk. Keep it close to a look that actually looks like a mud 80s SS with a square in set grill with that new body style and you'll have something. Need a rear that looks like one. Didn't see any. Just show some good ones and let people vote on it!!
