Your tour was excellent. You do an excellent job. My thoughts are the finishes are not too high end. The finishes should be upgraded by the builder. Bathrooms and kitchen are fairly basic.

I enjoy your videos but you have to adjust your camera. The videos are too bright and can’t really appreciate the details of the house. The camera might have the back light on.
