You might need to check the length of the number and if it is load letter 1 of counter and join M make sure the M is in the sprite

Im a scratcher for over 5 years now, but this honestly breaks my heart, im 13 years old and im a big fan of PVZ, and i cant pay for lessons, i have so many sprites ready for a pvz fangame in scratch, i tried so hard to find a proper tutorial for it, but theres none, when i saw this video i was excited, thinking it was free tutorial, but i need lessons for it and costs money. Im a scratcher but i just remix and make art, i have no experience of coding an actual game, i miss the old griffpatch, where tutorials were free.. But i wont complain, if it is required then so be it, maybe its time for me to actually learn? Overall, im still upset, but i need to learn.

EDIT: i sent this comment on an external platform and there, griffpatch replied that the thumbnail is apparently _not_ ai-generated? hi, is the thumbnail or parts of the thumbnail ai-generated (they look kinda like it to me, mostly the logo)? if so, maybe please don't do that, or _at the very least_ say that it's ai generated (though i highly recommend just not using ai art). ai art just feels "lazy" to me. like it's just being churned out for a quick buck (even though you most likely aren't!). not to mention all the other reasons people hate ai art, like it stealing from everywhere all at once. you definitely _do_ have artistic talent! just look at everything you've made in the past 11+ years (like all the original art you made for Appel, or your iconic PFP and even the Guy sprite)! so use it! you also know how to make thumbnails (see: all the other videos on your channel), so please...

This will be Griffpatch's downfall. Having to pay for Scratch tutorials. Why? You could have monetized your KZbin videos and invest in KZbin ads to get more subscribers so that you could get paid for tutorials on KZbin. Plus, the early access membership already gave you money. Why don't you post more tutorials on KZbin? I understand that you need momey, but you can have both projects running together (KZbin and Griffpatch Academy). Another legend has died, unfortunately!

Not really. The tutorials will not be exclusive forever! He just wants to make sure that he has another source of income because of his audience demographic, and that has the potential to remove all ad revenue and would mean things will become unsustainable. If all goes well, then he will post on KZbin again :)

Idea: griffpatch Academy members get early access to your new tutorials then at some point you upload the tutorial to KZbin :) this will simply get a little less hate at worst :)

while I do like the idea of tutorials that could have a cost, I don't think $17 a month is very worth it for tutorials that could be replicated by an amateur in a week or two - I'd really like it if you had more simple tutorials for free that helped people find inspiration and ways to build off of those tutorials, but there are more advanced ones for money which provide a more complex approach to scratch.
