This double wide not only has 5 bedrooms but they are all massive in size! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the "Prime 2010." Down size the master bathroom, just have a shower, or a decent "shub" and you will have room for the extra bathroom. I grew up with a shub, so that's fine with me, it serves the purpose, and saves money.

I have been waiting forever for you to find a five bedroom, and this one is AMAZING!! The bedrooms are bigger than in most three bedroom homes. And it has the pantry, and linen closet, and I saw space for a chest freezer in that util'ty room. I absolutely loved seeing this home - thank you so much for sharing it!

I agree, that it needs at least another half bath. Growing up in a five-bedroom house with 6 kids we had 2 full baths and a half bath. We really needed another full bath! Love the quality shelving throughout the home. Nice touch, shows quality!

@@dalegereaux1863 we are looking at buying this home. We love the home and will purchase the 4 bedroom with den option. The only thing we were disappointed in was the small pantry for that kitchen. The nice gentleman showing us the floor plans said we could bump out the wall and use some of the master bedroom closet space (which is too big for us anyway) and use it to make a larger pantry. Then, I'd put a door on the end of closet off the bathroom.

The bed rooms are huge lol All will easily fit king size beds in them, with plenty of room left. I think I would like it in a 4br with the den, as long as the bedrooms are still that big. I would do light gray cabinets with a mosaic tile backsplash in grey, white and black.

Wow very nice home,Chance. I never have seen one this large. I like all the closet space too. I would use the fifth bedroom as a den for desk and computer space and set up a tv for game night. The kitchen is nice and I love the island and thought the pantry was a good size for the goodies. The utility room is a good size also. The dining area is very spacious and will look great when it is furnished. The thermal pane windows are really bright and all the bedrooms have a lot of light and good sized closets. The master bedroom is super . That closet is huge. Definitely a four season closet with room for extra storage. The master bath is a good size and I like the tub and porcelain sinks. The shower is nice. I like the tiles. This house is lovely, inside and out. I like the window shutters also and the front door. Thank you Chance for another fun and interesting tour. Chance we walked through this home last Friday (Columbia, MO). It had a den in place of the 5th bedroom with a fireplace, kitchen was white cabinets and master bath was a little different. I absolutely love this house, it's beautiful!

We've been to this lot before. Our favorite on that lot is the one facing the highway that has the two porches on the front. We toured the two porch one after seeing your video of the same model at the factory. We live about 30 minutes from this lot. But this one is nice, too. My wife would change a thing or two about the kitchen, though. 🙂

I grew up in a home with 3 brothers. The 4 of us shared the one bathroom. It’s completely doable. There is a LOT of floor space to vacuum and mop. Y’all gonna need those kids to help keep the house clean. 😊

I would buy this just for me and my dog. I would totally turn all of the rooms into my favorite spaces, workout room, craft room, theater, and 2 guest rooms for family visiting. I would build a 360 degree porch around it. Fence in a back yard. Throw a pool and patio back there and live my best Black Life! Lol Loved it!

Like the huge kitchen and dining room. The black appliances and water faucets make it elegant . The square sinks and tub is unusual, but stylish. The bedroom sizes are so big and spacious. This is one of my favorites.

This is really nice. With that much room, a foyer & a walk in pantry could have been added, the hot water heater in the master closet isn’t a good idea especially if it started rusting out & leaking & yes, there should be at least one more bathroom near the other 4 bedrooms. I love how large the bedrooms are and the kitchen with the long island, love it! If I had kids and needed that many bedrooms I would want a larger second bath, maybe with 2 sinks or just a third bathroom. Also a larger living room because that's alot of kids.

Surprised at the size of the bedrooms and closets. The microwave over the stove needs to go. Needs 3 bathrooms with that many beds. Think about it 3 or 4 kids getting ready for school and have 1 bathroom. Would get rid of tub and make a large linen closet.
