​@@Liebhabhasi13I, too, cringe whenever I see this practice. I'll use spoons when measuring is important; otherwise, I use shakers. This is why someone invented shakers a long, long time ago. Shakers make it so much easier to get an even spread of seasonings than using either hands or spoons -- and are easily cleaned off after each use without dampening the contents. I have been using shakers for 65 years and will continue to do so until someone comes up with a better solution.

I have been cooking for 65 years and always seek ways to simplify the process without sacrificing the results. This chef is very good at this. How many cooks never learn the lesson that "less is more?" This recipe is a great lesson in that. Simple, common ingredients that beautifully complement each other. Every cook/chef should come to this channel to learn how to cook delicious and attractive dishes (which is important because we "eat" with our eyes, first) without making things unnecessarily complicated. Excellent job.
