Terrific recipe. I hate feta so would exclude that -- the rest is fine without it. Surprised about the mushrooms -- they do not strike me as a natural inclusion on this list of veggies.

I can’t believe they discard the whey from the Camembert and the buttermilk from the butter! Re-feed the whey to calves and sell the buttermilk for baking. Otherwise, amazing glimpse into a beautiful farm with happy cows AND SPLENDID DAIRY PRODUCTS!

When my great grandma would make fried chicken, she'd marinate the chicken in all of its spices and buttermilk AND Tobasco sauce. Man, that was some good chicken!
