For some reason the product I got was incredibly frustrating to try and put together. The holes and clearances are so uneven that I have to literally twist and bend the frame just to get some bolts in, and the hubs are too loose at the ends and too tight where they start, it's like it's glued together so I literally cannot move the attachment points up. I haven't been able to assemble the product at all and I'm just going to return it.

Yeah, those locks are giving me grief. They are so damn tight you need a hammer to budge them, but still it's collapsed under me twice now! I threw a wobbly the second time and have left the unit crumpled in the loungeroom. Hopefully I can sort it tomorrow, but I don't know how I will be able to sit on it with any confidence. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I can't move them as easily as he does in the video.

@@unitedroad10G'Day mate. I worked out it was a fault with the guy putting it together and not the equipment 😆 Its not about getting the locks as tight as you can get them. Its just about getting them tight enough that you can push the black lever in fully which then locks them in place. If you can't close the black lever flush against the locks, you are doing them up too tight. If you look at 4:51 hopefully it makes sense, as you see the black lever is sitting flush against the red locking mechanism meaning its actually locked. If its not, it doesn't matter how tight the locking mechanism feels, as soon as you put your weight on the seat, the lock assembly pushes outward and down she goes.

Hi i have a smaller space and limited to exactly 61" for the length of a foldable cockpit. I know the specs show this as 69", but is that including the chair leaning back? If not, what is the ACTUAL distance of the base/stand itself from front to back? Thank you.

I am not sure how you are getting your measurements, but from the back legs, all the way to the front of the pedals bracket- fully extended- is 54 inches. So it works in my scenario and I am happy with the product, just think your official measurements are off. The only way it could be 69" is if you're measuring from front pedal brackets in GP mode all the way up and to the back of the actual chair, if it were fully reclined. Thanks.

Hi there, It is possible to mount direct drive wheelbases including the Logitech G Pro on the GT Lite. Direct drive wheelbases will vibrate the wheel plate more on the GT Lite compared to when the Logitech G Pro is installed on a more rigid steel Cockpit like the F-GT or GTTrack.

For anyone else with this problem: push it in as far as it will go, then rotate the wheel stand from side to side whilst applying pressure. It might take a minute but eventually it will find it’s way in.

Hi there! The Lite Series is still strong enough to house the Fanatec GT DD PRO. However, please keep in mind that the Lite Series was not designed for high NM DD Wheels, the F-GT Cockpit and above can handle DD wheels easily. You can also look into our Wheel Stands which are very rigid and don't take up much space. The Wheel Stand 2.0 and the Wheel Stand DD can both be used with an office chair to create a sim ecosystem.

Honestly from my first use it feels like a really good product, no wobble to speak off, quite comfy, going to have a lot of fun with it. But the assembly is something else, I don’t think I’ve ever sworn that many times in my life. The video the guy has here everything just slides in, in reality you’re screaming and bending the frame to get it together. Once it’s together it’s great, but I’ve zero clue how to fold it up, at all…I tried but it felt like it might break, then the seat latch came off and it whacked me in the head so I gave up.

Very good budget rig, but no matter how you configure it you are kind of forced into this reclining position, which isn't the best for street car racing. A simple solution is to just put a pillow behind you to force you to sit more upright, but I think its a little silly that the configuration that 99% of people are in for their actual cars is not possible to accurately replicate without bringing in outside parts lol.

To put this thing together, the first tool you need is freaking PATIENCE!!!!!! 🤬😠 AND LOTS OF IT!! and 2nd pair of hands. I had to pay this guy hanging around my house to help me slides those tube in and lots of freaking WD-40 and a mallet. I had to call in sick just to finish putting this thing together. I hate leaving any project unfinished.

Really disappointed, almost none of the holes were made to fit. The shifter attachment was practically useless, the hole on the shifter attachment was no where near the hole on the chair (where you put the bolt through). The latch on the side, to move the bottom feet of the chair broke. Really underwhelming considering +200$ for a chair, and the well rounded reviews other people have shared. I’ll take this to their site or Amazon and see how they’ll take care of it.

It's a shame that the build tolerance is such utter crap that the step at 1:14 (inserting the back stand into the frame) hasn't worked for me on two units. Total crud! I'd avoid it if I were you. I'll be looking at a PlaySeat or something similar. I'm really disappointed as Next Level Racing were really helpful when I wanted to buy, and when I had a problem they just clammed up. Extremely poor product and worse customer service so far.

@@NextLevelRacing Thank you. One of your guys contacted me the other day. I'll hopefully get a chance to reply back later today. It's really odd and extremely frustrating. I had to use a serious amount of pressure against it and then a rubber mallet to get the posts into the frame.

Hi @@Talhaaakhan. It sounds like there isn't a fix so to speak. You're expected to get proper WWF/WWE with it and wrestle and pull those metal legs apart, so you can get that H shaped base leg in. Please let me know how you get on and what wheel setup you're using with it. If it's a Logitech with a gearstick then you're going to need some more help. :)

@@AdyB2008 So the H legs are offset by an inch and even using a mallet we are unable to get the posts in the frame. Bad product, really disappointed with the build quality. And it’s not cheap for the price either. Using thrustmaster t300rs gt wheel with th8a shifter EDIT: after malleting enough I got it to fit. Still disappointed but can use it now! Thank you @AdyB2008, you’re very helpful!!
