Can i use (2 X) Motion Plus Platform + Motion Platform V3 with the (GTtrack) cockpit ? Is there enough space to mount (3) platforms on this cockpit ?

Hi there! Yes, you can most certainly have 2 x Motion Plus's and the V3, it's only when the Traction Plus comes in that weight limits do apply.

Shoot. I just bought the motion platform V3. I didn’t like it very much because it moves a lot during breaking. This solves that problem.

Standard settings are too much, you can put less on the hardware ;)

Having more tilt and roll makes a better unit for driving and flying. You can always limit tilt and roll in driving sims but you can't add more beyond limitations of the hardware. Does this have more or less tilt and roll vs the v3? Can't find specs anywhere for the new plus model. The v3 I read has plus/minus 10 degrees?

The issue is not the amount of travel in the NLR Motion Platform. It’s actually dampening the feel of the braking when braking using stiff hydraulic breaks.

Great to hear that you are interested in purchasing the Motion Plus Platform! Currently, it is only directly compatible with motion compatible Next Level Racing cockpits. However, it is possible to make this work with other aluminium profile cockpits, with DIY work. The width of the Motion Plus Platform is 458mm, so the internal dimensions of the base frame would need to be wider than this for it to be possible. You would then need to DIY a mounting solution.

​@@NextLevelRacing what mounting space (distance between the mounting holes) are the original brackets attached to the nlr plus... in other words at what disctance do the 40mm aluminium profiles need to be exactly to mount your device to it without diy bracket extensions...

When i use the V3 Plattform (i Love it) it is better to use the MPP in the Front ? Works it with the MSFS also?

Hi there! It does work with MSFS and most Flight Simulation titles! If it is flight you are majority using the motion for, then yes, having the MPP at the front and the V3 at the back would be a better option.

@@NextLevelRacing, in my case I pretty much use my V3 platform 50/50 with racing (ams2 & rf2) and flight (msfs2020 & dcs) sims. What will be your advice to me....still mount to the front. Btw, I use V3 is mounted on my GT track rig. Is this too old a rig, or no issues?

3.500€ front, 3.500€ back, 7.000€ just to move you up, down, front, rear, left, right in all combinations You must be kidding! And for lateral sliding, the traction plus 6.000€. Total 13.000€ for a 4DOF - I'm still laughing. And NLR suggests to add the V3 for the Gforces : another 3.000€ : Really?! It's just an add-on to do the same 2DOF of one Motion Plus in the front. 2 Points up/down and one fixed Point in the rear. A triangle to make the gravity point shift. Under the seat, the V3 is way too much too hard in the default settings! Even at the lowest intensities, you feel either too much or nothing. I tested the V3 for maybe an hour, and my brain was still shaky 5hours later And what about the vibration of the engine or the road surface changes. Add a butkicker for 300€ And 3 monitors, with the center at 120hz : another 1.500€ Bill close to 18.000€ Oh, I forgot the wheel and the pedals : at least 2000€ Welcome to a 20k Car Sim : still only 4DOF or is it 5 ? But is 6DOF even usefull. Moving Forward/backwards? NLR is great in advertising to sell, but support is, well where is it? No answer for days on the V3 I tested. I could not even contact the support because their web system did not accept the serial number of the V3, identified by their software and written on the back of V3.

You can get full 6 DOF for 3000 euro, NLR prices are a bit too over the top :))

@@alexsp7086 No, you can't, not unless you DIY, or you use the cheapest non-secured DOF Reality H6 Consumer Motion simulator platform at 5k, with very high power consumption, quickly wearable parts, and shaky motion that can't handle the weight, the power of a FFB wheel and the strenght required for braking. And you will move, the screens will not, but the display in the screens will move, it will always feel wrong, most people get used to wrong feelings, that does not make them a better sim experience. After long searching the market, I came to the conclusion that a good solid secure platform strong enough to move triple 43" monitors on platform will cost about 12.000, the Gforcefactory Edge6D, not perfect, but a great compromise

@@NextLevelRacing that’s not exactly true. Your instruction book has a step that’s not possible without DIY’ing it. How am I supposed to mount the pivot bar on the back of the GT Track? The holes at the end line up - but the ones on the horizontal brace - they’re like a full inch behind. The holes on the inside of the pivot bar literally hit open space…. A few hours wasted and my rig is apart - I’ll have to wait for days to hear back from someone - soon either put it back together and start all over another day - or just do without racing this weekend. Frustrated to say the least.

NO adapters for any rig that isn't a Profile as always, shame.. I would buy it if it had one. I can't buy a profile rig since none of the brands ship to the Caribbean, only RSEAT does. My rig: RSEAT B1.

just buy aluminum profile and make one yourself, it's lots cheaper

@@333sge I would if I could.. haven't seen that profile metal here either, I searched the main hardware stores and nothing. There's also the need for heavy tools for cutting, sanding, hard table, clamps etc.. so if someone already have a workshop and lives state side I can see the appeal to make it. I can only hope at some point a brand allows international shipping. For now I am stuck with RSEAT, sadly.
