Sedge and Big D, thanks for the shout out this morning!! We are proud to have earned a place in the legend’s shop…. But Big D looked a little left out, anyone think we should show him some love with a couple of pieces of kit for his shop?

Hey! I was looking on your site for the MFT table accessories, but couldn't find them. Am I doing a stupid?
@forged3d9 ай бұрын
@@groundeffect236 Not at all... It can be a little confusing with all the options. Most folks will start with the tool holder or what we call SYS-FIT Racks... Once you've added your SYS-FIT Racks to the cart, then bop on over to the SYS-PLT Mount Collection and you will see a selection of different mounting plates for your specific system... Have a Systainer and wanna hang something from the front of it, pick the SYS-PLT Systainer3 Mount (will work with TLOC as well) or in your case want to hang some thing from the MFT, select either the SYS-PLT MFT Maximus or Minimus mount. The Maximus mount uses both the upper and lower extrusion support, along with 4 fasteners to provide the most robust (yet removable) attachment to the MFT. Our TRK, HCH or ROS rack are perfect candidates for the Maximus as they are typically going to be supporting the heaviest stuff (tracksaw track, vacuum hose, ROTEX, etc). If you are hanging a smaller sander, one of our clamp (MRC or FCE) racks or our rail square (RSH) then the MFT Minimus is going to be great.

Order placed, used the link for Sedgetools so hopefully the transaction was linked for him. Shame you were out of the 50x100mm half height grays, will need to keep an eye on when they come available again.

Thanks Sedge & Big D, it's the after market add-ons that really make it all work together. Some you can make yourself, and some you can get from the 3D community or other vendors. Great job in highlighting options.

This is how I did it. Get yourself a tape labeler machine, I use the Brother P-Touch. PT-P300BT. It uses an IOS app so you have hundreds of fonts and it saves your print history. For the bins if the bins aren’t full I adhere a 1/2” white label to the inside lip. If it’s full I put them on the outside in addition so I know ar a glance what’s in the individual partition. For the top of the outside clear lid I was planning on using 1/4” 6mm transparent with black ink. You can label 🏷️ the inside lip and the outside lip of each of the boxes (1/2” white labels blank in) and put the labels on the outside of the clear lid 1/4” transparent label and won’t obstruct your view.

Hi @sedge great video as always. Just wondering if you have any plans for doing a video on cms router table set up. I know you have mentioned it a few times on the Festool live videos. May be it’s on your schedule already but just wanted to check anyway. Thank you for taking time to do these videos.

How do you even sharpen such a thick scraper? I know you've made some very good vids on that topic. For regular scrapers. But for this one it surely is different, right?
@sedgetool9 ай бұрын
I used my AccuBurr on this one but AccuBurr has a new on that I am thinking of getting to use on the Blue Spruce scraper. It is design to work on the thicker scraper blades that you use in a Stanley #80.

Dear Seddge i need a help information . Why i have in the Domino Systainer Reserve Flaps ? Can you make a Video about this . In the Manual i read this : Remove one of the Stop latches 9-1 Fig 9a. Attach one of the accompanying stop latsches 9-2 to the Dowel jointer Fig 9 b . Thess stop latches are narrower and allow you to make more accurate adjustments . What do they mean by that? Greetings from Austria . Milan
