I would love to get my parents to do this. I don’t like clubbing or dancing in public, but man, it IS a great workout. Plus it stimulates and trains so many different parts of the brain. My rhythm is better, my balance is better, my coordination is like it’s never been in my life, my concentration is so focused (I swear my family has mild hereditary adhd), my self-esteem is through the roof… I’m like a whole different person.

This reminded me of the high intensity aerobics of the late 90s to 2000 which l did at the gym. But this looks more fun because its outdoor n spacious with fresh air, old n young could participate. Community participation is a wonderful feeling. One advice to share with these high intensity aerobics dance exercises, the knees n ankles will be damaged if the hamstrings n quads muscles are not stretched n strengthened. The tibia bone/muscles will be injured if too much stomping. Go easy!
