​@elizabethmensah2937 Mahama knows Ghanaians lack critical thinking. It's as if the 24-hour shift does not exist! It exists in the health and some service sectors but because our economy is not fully employed and our transport, communication and security systems are weak it makes it look non-existent. Mahama should rather tell Ghanaians what strategic policies he will put in place to create full employment and wealth instead of usual political rhetoric and deception.

​@@elizabethmensah2937 it exists but minimal in operation. However for Ghana to achieve that policy, we need Full Employment: full utilisation of resources from production to service through effective transport, communication and security to IT and digital operations and systems.

Lack of critical thinking makes politicians take Ghanaians for a ride. 24-hour economy is only achievable in an economy with full employment. It's a Keynesian concept that presupposes that all critical sectors must be fully engaged in a radical manner to trigger a boom. The main drivers are effective and efficient communication, transport and security systems. Already in Ghana, the concept exists but minimal. Now the question is, what are the things Mahama will do to create the policy, and how is it going to be managed and sustained?
