@Avin Kavish Because I was just like him when I was his age I’m 61 now all that sun gives you nothing but brown spots skin cancer and wrinkles working out so heavy eventually tears tendons because even though your muscles may grow your tendons and joints cannot support that kind of weight lifting eventually so it is going to happen down the road trust me I know. He is in his early 30’s and his face looks like he is 45
