I grew up with a guy who shot 4 people in 1993. 2 were 14 and one of the 14 year olds died from his injuries. This guy got out of prison in 2000. He later shot 4 more people in 2017. 1 man died. Hopefully James Frost from Brinkley, Arkansas will spend the rest of his life in Prison.
